Charter-Yankee Pearl: Burnam Rock and Pickett’s Ledge

  • Yankee Fleet 1 Parker Street Gloucester, MA, 01930 United States (map)

Burnam Rock is located in 140ft of open water outside of Gloucester Harbor. The site attracts schools of fish and cool invertebrates including badge stars.

Pickett’s Ledge, off Pickworth Pike in Manchester offers a shelf that can be as shallow as 15ft at low tide to a depth of 70ft at the south ledge. The mooring is found at the highest point. If you happen to have a license in MA, you may find a nice haul of legal lobsters.**

Seconn does not rent or provide equipment for this dive. Please make sure you bring everything you will need including 2 tanks and weights. You must have an Advanced Open Water certification to complete this dive. Please plan to arrive to the dock at noon to load for a 1:00 departure. (Give yourself plenty of time for the commute. Traffic to Cape Ann can be heavy.)

Gratuities are not included in the price of the charter. Please tip to the crew directly the day of your trip. Happy Sailing!

**Note: The captain has the right to change locations pending conditions the day of your dive
